Brewing steps:
For hot tea
1. Use soft water
2. Boil water for 5 min. to take out air and chlorine
3. Cool down water temperature (transfer the water from one cup/bottle to another is quick way to adjust water temperature. For this tea, transfer 2-3 times.)
4. Put 1/3 heaping teaspoon tea powder into cup/bottle
5. Pour out little less than half cup adjusted temperature water into cup/bottle
6. Stir with whisk for cup or shake well with bottle with lid
For cold tea
1. Use soft water
2. Put 1/3 heaping teaspoon tea powder into cup/bottle
3. Pour out little less than half cup water into cup/bottle
4. Stir with whisk for cup or shake well with bottle with lid
