Kamairicha Upper Grade is blended tea leaves with multiple cultivars – Yabukita, Sakimidori, and Saemidori. This blend offers unique and powerful flavors. Received the Emperor’s Trophy, Minister of Agriculture Forestry Award.
Used young and soft tea leaves harvested around the beginning of May. Less astringent and mild tasting Tamaryokucha. Enjoy the leaves grown in the rich nature of Okuizumo. Smooth taste with slightly curved tea leaves. Tamaryokucha is also called Guricha.
Kamairicha Standard Grade is tea for everyday use. We harvest the mature tea leaves, then expose the leaves to a pan-parched process at high temperature. Blended Yabukita and 80 year-old native variety.
